Welcome you to the joint-site of the “Russian Center for Tests and Certification- Moscow” (Rostest-Moscow), and Rostest’s US Division (Rostest-USA).

Every product sold in Russia today must be certified –  Every year Rostest issues hundreds of thousands of GOST-R certificates testing products from children’s toys, to sophisticated technology. As an internationally recognized testing organization,  Rostest conforms to IECCE standards and thus all tests completed at our facilities are recognized by all IECCE organizations worldwide.

In addition to product testing Rostest will authenticate thousands of safety/quality certificates issued by other IECEE member organizations and providing them with GOST-R certificates allowing them to sell their products on the Russian market.

We are pleased to announce the opening of Rostest-USA with 7 offices in US including our US headquarters in New York City and our newest branch in Washington , DC. 

Rostest-USA will act as our North American base of operations allowing agents and, or companies themselves to deal directly with personnel authorized to discuss what certificates you need, process payments and actually issue certificates for both products, entire factories, or services in the USA, Canada, or any other country in the world.  Our English speaking staff is ready to discuss your needs and requirements and explain what certifications are appropriate and which are not. Our mission is to make certain that you receive the proper certifications in a cost effective and timely manner.
