Documents required for the certification of a product to be shipped to Russia For the certification of a batch:
- Manufacturer's info (name, address, phone, fax)
- Applicant's info
- Registration (Tax ID) or License of the manufacturer (representative)
- Exact names of the products to certify, including types and models.
- User's manual
- Technical specifications
- Earlier certificates or test reports (most helpful)
- Safety declaration from the manufacturer (applicant)
For the certification of one shipment:
- Manufacturer's info (name, address, phone, fax)
